    FAQ

    Leak and Pipe Repair Questions

Answers to what Fort Myers and Cape Coral homeowners ask us about leaks and pipe repairs. Have another question? Just text us.

    Text Your Question
How do I know if I have a hidden leak?

Common signs are low water pressure, water stains on walls or ceilings, rusty or discolored water, unusual banging or whistling sounds and a water bill that keeps climbing. If you notice any of these, text us a photo and we will help you narrow it down.

Do you repair or replace damaged pipes?

Both. We fix pinhole, joint and connection leaks, and we replace corroded, cracked or outdated pipe, including galvanized, old copper and polybutylene. We recommend whichever option makes sense for your pipes.

What is the difference between PEX and copper pipe?

PEX is flexible, durable and long-lasting, and it is excellent for modern replacements. Copper is reliable but can corrode over time and may develop pinhole leaks in certain water conditions.

Do you offer emergency pipe repair?

Yes. Burst pipes and major leaks are emergencies. Call or text 239-286-8946 and we will tell you right away how soon we can get to you. If it is safe, shut off your main water valve first.

Can you repair underground and irrigation lines?

Yes. We repair main water line leaks, underground pipe issues and irrigation and outdoor lines.

How much does pipe repair cost?

We price at a flat rate, so you know the total before we start. Text a photo of the problem to 239-286-8946 and we will reply with next steps and a price, or tell you if we need to see it in person.
